Our Menus The enclosed pages provide a selection of hot, cold and buffet menus. They are interchangeable should you wish to ‘mix and match’. We are fully aware that every event will be different in terms of both budget and desired menu and we will therefore be happy to discuss with you in more detail your exact requirements. Surcharges Please note that in catering for some events, we may face increased overheads due to factors such as lack of facilities, difficult access, traveling to a venue outside our normal working radius or merely the number of people for whom we are catering. These factors may result in surcharges on those prices quoted in our price list. Special Requests We will be pleased to advise on a suitable menu for any of your guests that are vegetarian or have any special dietary requirements. Please note that in all circumstances these must be booked in advance. In addition should you wish us to supply a special menu for children we can supply a range of menu options for those younger guests. Wines and Other Drinks We are able to supply from a wide range of wines that can both compliment your chosen menu and also fit within a given budget. Once you have made a menu selection please contact us in order that we can advise you of the most suitable wines. |

Alternatively you may wish to supply your own wines. We are more than
happy to do this, however we will levy a charge of £3.50 per 75 cl.
bottles used to cover the provision of extra staff and ice to chill the
wines as well as the glasses. These charges do not apply, if we were to
supply the wine for your function.  If you are going to supply your own wines but are unsure on the exact quantities you may require please contact us for advice on the amounts you will need to consider buying. Licensed Bar We are able to provide a fully licensed bar for any event. Experienced bar staff will be on hand to look after all your guests’ requirements. Please note that at some venues there is already a resident bar service which may preclude you from supplying your own wines or us from either of the above services.
