1. All prices are based on a minimum of fifty covers within a forty mile radius of
Bury St Edmunds. Functions that are for smaller numbers or outside our normal service area may be subject to a surcharge.

2. If your venue does not have adequate facilities for the preparation and service of your chosen menu, a surcharge will be made to cover the hire of any necessary equipment, i.e Cookers / Hot Cupboards / Refrigeration

2. All tables and chairs must be in position at least four hours before your function. Our prices do not include this service or the cleaning of halls/marquees after the event. Kitchens will be left clean as found, if adequate materials are available.

3. All bookings must be confirmed in writing accompanied by a booking form and a minimum deposit of £250 which is non refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply: -

Less than one month prior to event: - Deposit + £100
Less than seven days prior to event: - Deposit + £200
On the day of the function: - Full expected cost
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of three months.

4. Final numbers to be instructed no later than six clear working days prior to the function. The final account will be based on that figure or the actual number attending, which ever is greater. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all accounts must be settled within seven days of the function.
All bookings that involve either equipment hire or delivery only of a buffet must
be settled in full upon receipt.

5. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are inclusive of 17.5% VAT and we guarantee to hold all quoted prices for a maximum of three months prior to a function. Our prices are inclusive of all necessary service and preparation staff, cutlery, crockery, linen tablecloths and napkins. Drinks service and glassware if required is quoted separately.

6. Any tablecloths, crockery or glassware that are required to be left at the venue are the responsibility of the client and any damages or losses will be charged. Unless arrangements are made, the client is also responsible for their safe return to our offices.

7. Roff Caterers reserve the right to change/amend the contents of this brochure without prior notice.
