Re: West Suffolk Hospital Charity Ball
I'm writing on behalf of the West Suffolk Hospital Charity Ball Committee to sincerely thank you for the excellent catering service you provided on December 17th 2010 at our charity event.
The standard of food was excellent, there was plenty of it and the waiting service was also excellent, I think it would have been impossible for you to have done anything better.
I hope that the table layout was more appropriate for you this year, I'm very aware of the challenges it presented in 2009. The Committee have decided to cap numbers in future so that your waiting staff can access the tables more easily.
We are not planning a hospital ball in 2011 at the moment, but are hoping to return to a summer event in 2012.

staff for the catering at my Daughters recent wedding. I was very
impressed with the level of professionalism you all showed, right from
yourself coming round to our house to discuss the arrangements to the day
itself. A lot of the guests commented on the meal, which was outstanding,
and the conduct of your staff on the day. I would have no hesitation in
recommending your services to anyone that is looking for a very good
catering company.

18th and 21st party. The Chef was marvellous, very professional, even
though a lot of the guests were in his way in the kitchen. The service was
excellent, with all you staff very friendly but unobtrusive the whole
time. We will have no hesitation in asking for your services again when the
occasion arises, and will be highly recommending you to our friends in
future.

you and your staff did to make the evening such a success. Pat and I have
been inundated with telephone calls and messages from our guests praising
the evening and especially the Dinner. Your chef certainly did us proud;
please convey our thanks and appreciation. We cannot forget the youngsters
who waited at tables, they were magnificent and so professional. I know
that the people who were there will be talking about the “waiters” for a
long time to come. I could go on for a long time singing praises, but once
